United Pro Comm., LLC is a woman-owned business that came to life in 2012 with the goal of getting traveling tower technicians work within their local market so they could have a better-quality life with their families.   

Since the beginning we've valued the mutual bond between the demand of quality workmanship and quality talent seeking growth.  To attain growth, both parties should a line with the same production goals in mind.  UPC strives to provide this value to both our candidates and clients.   

While solely operating as a recruiting firm, UPC gained valuable insight at all levels of the industry.  With our level of customer service, we have a unique position as to what was happening out in the field, on the road and in the air.  This has given UPC the advantage in being able to become what we are today.  

Today UPC thrives on much more than our recruiting services. We have expanded our services to now include business development opportunities, material distribution and equipment leasing.   

While keeping the in line with production goals, we have been able to establish in house leasing to alleviate the high overhead of test equipment to fulfill your testing inventory needs.
